What's most helpful is your admission in the "knowing is not doing" section. Thank you, YJ.

Thank you, that means a lot. Knowing the answer and doing it are different things, and I'm still working on the doing. All the best!

This was a great read, YJ and I'm excited to see that you've taken the big step to give this idea its own life. The points you mentioned about navigating the stress of being in a new / unknown environment is very relatable and something I needed to hear this week. Looking forward to following your journey as you build your company and rebuild yourself :)

Thank you, that means a lot. Glad it landed when you needed it. And yeah, "rebuild yourself" is really hard honestly. Rooting for you too.

All the very best for this new phase, YJ! Knowing you, it's hard for me to believe that the startup won't become a core part of your identity, if not the whole. But great to see you open up about the challenges including the stress involved. I do hope you continue giving enough time for the themes that matter to you: family, health, tinkering, and rest.

Hey that's unfair since you know me too well. You're right that the pull is strong, and that's a key reason why I wrote this. It'll be a core part; the real work is keeping it from becoming the whole. Thanks for holding me to family, health, tinkering, and rest! Hope you are doing well!

Wish I’d read this when I took on my first leadership role a year ago. I needed to hear that stress doesn’t mean it’s the wrong work, it just means I can’t predict it yet. And thank you for sharing how even knowing what helps still means it’s a forever practice to actually do those things.
